Joss Whedon wrote my childhood.

I’ve followed his writing for nearly a decade and most of my life, even the first X-Men comic I picked up was one of his, I didn’t notice until I opened it.

It really pisses me off when people think he might not do well with the Avengers. Yes, he gets cancelled a lot, but those shows are beautifully written, well developed and complex in all the best ways, until the channels want something done differently. That’s when Joss loses his flow.

The people who hire him screw him around. No one understood Firefly because Joss was forced to write a new pilot and the whole series was aired in the wrong order.

I have no doubts whatsoever about the Avengers, because to me, Joss is a genius and in his element handling so many, so different, and so complex characters.

I know I had something planned for a scene that made my eyes well up, and something about Ralph Feinnes’ (Sp?) acting.

So there may be something, at least.

This blog isn’t getting up to a good start.
